Stochastic Security-constrained Unit Commitment Considering Electric Vehicles, Energy Storage Systems, and Flexible Loads with Renewable Energy Resources

In this paper, a new formulation for modeling the problem of stochastic security-constrained unit commitment along with optimal charging and discharging large-scale electric vehicles, energy storage systems, flexible loads renewable resources is presented. The uncertainty considered as scenario-based model. multi-objective function which considers reduction operation cost, no-load startup/shutdown costs, unserved load shifting, carbon emission, power curtailment considered. proposed mixed-integer linear programming (MILP) model, global solution guaranteed by commercial solvers. To validate formulation, several cases networks are analysis, results demonstrate efficiency.
